Q. Why application crashed? How to solve it?
A: It's normally becasue you didn't restart your device after new installation. Apple recommend restart device whenever new application is installed or updated.
Q: How to use promotion code?
A: Currently, promotion code only appplicable at USA App Store, please register USA App Store account to proceed.
Q: Why cannot get accurate location while your application?
A: It's not a product issue, since iPod Touch 2G and iPhone didn't build in GPS chipset, the location accuracy is really depends on your WIFI location. You will sometime get a worst accuracy if your WIFI is not a public WIFI spot. To improve location accuracy, most of our new release product will build-in a function for manually location positioning.
Q: I have compose my travel diary and click "share", why my POI didn't upload to community?
A: For better POI quality shared from community server, if your POI location accuracy isn't better than 200(m), then your sharing will automatically skipped by sever.
